As we deal with physical printing books, we are not offering a return or refund once place the order. On very special cases, our team will look into possibilities to make our customers happy.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Perishable items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
If your returns are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
